Flash Cotton

Same effect and as Flash Paper, except it burns about five times as fast as flash paper. The more you fluff it up, the faster it burns! Perfect for use with our Finger Flasher.  Each package has 30 to 40 uses. Must be bone dry to use. Available at our magic store in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
