Colour Changing Deck

The magician removes a red deck of Bicycle cards from their case, and asks the spectator to name any card. The magician removes the named card and sets it face-up on the table. Commenting on the different cards the spectator could have named, the magician points out there's a very important reason the spectator named the card they did (even though it was a completely free choice.)

The magician reveals that the card the spectator named is not red like the rest of the deck, but is a blue-backed card! The spectator is asked to place their blue-backed card into the red-backed deck, at which point the magician makes everything reverse! That's right, now the entire deck is blue, and there's only one red-backed card in the middle! Upon turning it over, it's the selected card!

For the finale, the magician causes the spectator's card to become a blue-backed card, so that everything matches and the magician can now perform miracles with their blue deck of cards!

Easy to do, minimal sleight of hand required. At the end of the routine, you only need to remove 1 thing and you can be working with an ordinary deck of cards. Also includes a bonus effect using the gimmick provided.
